At NovaWolf Battlestation, we want you to love your setup. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging

• You must provide your order number or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us at support@novawolfbattlestation.com with:

• Your name

• Order number

• The item you want to return

• The reason for the return

We will reply within 2–3 business days with instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
